the rooms were clean and absolutely perfect and had a microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator. had private bathroom with all essentials. the location was favourable, just a pleasant stroll away from fellowship church.

Located near family homes and in a new building, the hotel provides a convenient and clean place to stay. The room was well-maintained and the shower spacious. The lobby, halls, and rooms are clean and new. The gym is well-maintained. The windows block highway noise and the pull-down shade allows natural light in without being fully visible. The hotel offers a typical breakfast and the staff is helpful.

Some guests experienced issues with the temperature control in their rooms, resulting in a hot environment.

My room included climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. Private bathroom was good-sized. Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Coppell.

I liked this hotel and did not want to leave there, would recomand to others. Everything was brand-new at this property, amicable staff. The location was favourable and comfy, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from Austin Ranch Banquet Hall.

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were very helpful. Extremely spacious and fairly quiet room with an exceptionally comfortable bed which I greatly enjoyed. The hotel was what we thoroughly enjoyed during thanksgiving. The staff was great & nice. The room we had included climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave. The most important was the staff - nice and perfect people. The a double room I got was included with mini fridge and coffee maker, as for instance. A microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were a huge plus.

We got a room with a bathtub. Very, very nice and affable staff, provided useful info. Liked the location in the middle of jackson. We found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Jack in the Box that is only 10 minutes' walk away.
